What information does a project request collect?
The form asks for your name, phone, project ZIP, work type, project details and explicit follow-up consent. Email and full project address are optional. Contractor applications collect business and coverage information. Submit only information relevant to the request; do not include account credentials or payment information.
How is the information used?
Project information is used to review the request, consider contractor fit and support a potential handoff. Your explicit consent permits follow-up and sharing relevant details with a potential service provider. More than one provider may receive the information. A saved request does not confirm a contractor or appointment.
What happens when a contractor contacts you?
You decide whether to continue and contract directly with the contractor. Ask the business how it handles the information it receives and tell the contacting party if you want follow-up to stop. For a correction or privacy request, use the request reference in your reply to the party handling the inquiry so the record can be identified.
What records does the intake process need?
The intake service records the request and information needed to attribute and process it, including the source domain, consent and technical abuse-prevention data. This policy does not promise a retention period or delivery channel that has not been established. Browser settings and server behavior may affect how a submission works.
